We bought a couch a year ago from Toms Price…it wasn’t a cheap set and even Steve agreed the leather was of a very high quality. But issues happen and a year after buying it, the coloring started peeling off just like a sunburn. The more you picked at it, the more came off, with no end in sight. The couch was out of warranty and the store refused to stand behind it.
The color underneath looked much the same as on top…and I was fine with the damage that was done, but how could you stop the bleed????
Steve came very highly recommended…if he can’t fix it no one can. He looked at it, and due to the fact that it kept peeling, he said he could fix what was already peeled off, but couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t keep peeling.
Steve worked his magic and with some glue, some coloring and some sandpaper, the couch looks as good as new. After he was done, he picked at it, picked it with some sandpaper and said “I did better than I thought…I don’t think you’ll have any more problems, but if you do, i’ll come back out for free.
3 weeks later, you can’t tell there was a repair. The couch looks good as new.
Steve isn’t cheap…but he comes to you and he gets the job done and done right. Even my wife, who told me it was too much up front, after she saw his work said “I’m glad we did it…it was well worth the money.”
