These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of techniqueleather.com (the "Site") operated by Technique Inc ("Technique Leather Repair," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to help potential customers request a quote for leather repair and restoration services. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its normal operation.

Quote requests

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract for services. Estimates are preliminary and based on the information you provide. A final price is confirmed after we inspect the leather in person and agree on scope in writing or verbally.

Services

All repair and restoration services are performed on-site at the customer's location within our service area. Scheduling, scope, payment, warranty, and cancellation terms for a specific job are agreed separately with the customer before work begins and are not governed by these Site Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photos of our work, logos, and design — is the property of Technique Inc or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.

No warranties on Site content

The Site is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that Site content is complete, current, or error-free. Photos of past work are illustrative — actual results depend on the condition of your leather.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technique Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, our Google Business Profile or Facebook page). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
